Project spotlight
750kW solar canopy scheme. Delivered in a live hospital car park.
Acting as Principal Contractor, Oakhurst Energy delivered a fully integrated design-and-build package, including structural steel canopy manufacture, engineered foundations, civil works, inverter and grid integration, and full electrical infrastructure with future EV charging capability.
Installation was phased to maintain full hospital operations throughout. The 750kW system will generate substantial on-site renewable power, supporting the Trust's Net Zero targets and reducing exposure to grid price volatility.
